雞肉500g

紅棗20顆
鹽適量
【蒜泥白肉】
五花肉300g
大蒜適量

肉絲炒飯
白飯3碗
肉絲一小碗
雞蛋3顆
紅蘿蔔適量

6電鍋外鍋加2杯水

8五花肉洗乾淨後放入雞湯上面的電鍋蒸層一起蒸煮
