食材
低筋麵粉100g
無鹽奶油50g
奶粉20g
原味
煉乳60g
巧克力
煉乳65g
無糖可可粉10g

1奶油放室溫軟化…我習慣用塑膠袋來製作…塑膠袋放入煉乳+奶油揉捏混合

2先加入奶粉搓揉混合均勻

3加入粉類低筋+可可粉(原味省略)…用按壓方式混合均勻…盡量別用揉的哦!

4桿成薄片放入冰箱冷藏30分鐘

5裁切成條狀或小塊狀都可…一條一條放上烤盤…入已預熱160°c烤箱烘烤15分鐘左右…放涼即可~(餅乾厚度會影響烘烤時間,請稍微做調整哦!)
