地瓜小條3條
綠茶粉1茶匙
香菜些許

1食材如上備用.

2先把地瓜削皮切片放入電鍋蒸熟,取出.

3把地瓜壓成泥狀後放入一些煉乳攪拌.

4用保鮮膜包入地瓜泥後,放入蘇打餅乾上.

5把白米些許加入綠茶粉攪拌,用保鮮膜包入搓成長條狀,切段當南瓜造型上面梗.香菜葉當葉子.先把南瓜臉部表情畫在紙上後,用海苔剪出表情圖案出來,用桂冠沙拉黏在地瓜臉上.
